Ok I know this is a Focus web site but I can't find a Contour one. I have been asked to replace the clutch in a friends 98 contour with the 2.0 ztec. How hard are these to do? I got the timing tools from these guys for $17.00!! They are the OTC brand too.
The are in Vadnais Heights and though they normally do web sales they will do "will call" sales as well.http://www.tooldiscounter.com/

Redid the timing this afternoon so I know timing is good( I used the special tools). I do get a mass airflow sensor code. Could this cause the car to not go into overdrive? In serious need of help with timing belt
I am in real need of some help with the timing belt on a 2000 Focus with the DOHC engine. I acually have replaced the belt already but I cannot get this thing to run correctly. I have a very bad stumble/hesitation on light excelleration and a lack of power when driving. Anyone that can help in perso...
