Rain and hanging revs? (stock tb)

only thing i can think of is moisture gumming up the throttle plate...Flea, did you have this prob with this TB?

mever had the rain prob, just the hanging revvs that the zetec normally suffers from, i've had it happen to me with your old tb too
07 stang 4.0, T5, Pony Package.
