That's the ZX408. The guy selling it just bought it off another guy on FF. It's an amazing car.

The only idiotic thing I see with that car is that it's still a 4 lug. You make that much tq and hp yet your still only 4 lugs? disaster waiting to happen

IIRC the mid 80's RS200 was only 4 lug. That and I think Cosworth Sierra's are 4 lug, and people like throwing huge turbos on there and making 5-800 HP.frankjt96 wrote:The only idiotic thing I see with that car is that it's still a 4 lug. I don't think it should be an issue.

Yeah, you know whats really funny is the guy selling it now virtually copied and pasted the text that John used in his for sale ad for that car on the Jet.

I love the way it says "the car is in much better shape then when I got it", He's owned it for like 2 weeks and John is the one that fixed it up before selling it.
I wonder why that car has gone through so many owners.

And a lotta jack! The kits they make for these are REALLY pricey! It wouldn't be difficult at all to have $30k in the car, kit, and engine/tranny/differential.FocusMech.73155 wrote:motor, trans, rear end, fit kit, a big hammer and a really big shoe horn to squeeze it incohenj87 wrote:what does it take to do this to your focus?

True, but it could also be done for under $1,000.
And, the damn car was for sale before John delivered it. WTF?
