Not the god damn Festiva, I said Fiesta. n The goddamn Festiva was a mazda clone built by the company that atleast eventually became Kia over in Korea.
I am talking about the MK 1 Fiesta that was the same car they sold in Europe that was sold over her for a short period, maybe only 1 year, or maybe up to 3.

The first gen GTI was a cool little car, I do mean little.
I drove one back when they were new, I might consider one as a toy but I'd NEVER consider giving up my SVT for one.

This is really strange you brought this up Alan,
This past week I've started looking for a Mk1 GTi. I gave up on my wagon idea. Alan, did you find one somewhere?
why did you give up?

nick, there are like 5 of those fiestas in the US, and none are in that good of shape. A buddy of mine had a car almost exactly like that, the motor had 400k on it, and when the alternator went he decided it was time for a new car

Thats why those Fiestas are > the MK1 Rabbit. They are so much more rare. Someone had one forsale on the jet awhile ago I think, but it was stripped for racing I think.
