Thats pretty much vinyl, with a clear scrap booking gel sticker he puts on. I 've made something similar, but not in awhile. But those did turn out pretty damn nice...

Yeah it is, what can you do Kyle? I'd spring for one from you for $10.00 or so if it wouldn't be too much trouble for you to produce them.
