They are just old. They were brand new at the beginning of the season. I've got 17's with brand new Azeni I won in lucky game of dice.

Want to give them to me? I'll rust parts for you?

Have you used the rack on your wagon for hauling stuff?

No, I've never had to haul anything up there...anything I've hauled fits in the boot(rear hatch area) LOL

sorry, I'm keeping the wheels. I'll only trade them for a set of 16x7.5 Slipstreams, which I hear have never been made..

How many cones did you hit in the autox over the weekend? Do they usually do any damage like chips to the paint or scuff marks?

That makes things difficult, what if I find a set that's 6.5" or 7" wide and have them widened?

Thats cool. If you widen them..that would be fine...just make sure they are a 43et offset...

I think I hit about 4. I got sideways out of a switchback and slide. I hit like 4 cones on my back door. Usually, when I hit cones, it rubs on the wheels or on the door sills, which have a road guard. So the cone scuffs rub right off. Sometimes they can scratch. Chromie cone scratches on the door from autoxing years ago.

Its some cheap one I bought acouple years ago. It was on ebay...but its pretty decent. And works really well. I'll buy a good one eventually, but this one works now, so I'll just wait til the Snell goes out of date...(next couple years I think)

Do you get decent radio reception with the shorty antenna?

I don't know. I don't listen to the radio. Since I'm in Rochester, I don't get 93x. So thats why I rigged up my 160gig harddrive to my radio. The drive sits in my glovebox, and I have the radio set on random..I wanted a Ipod, but this was cheaper, and stored more stuff incase I ever want to use it for something else...

How do you power the HD? How does it handle rough roads? Do the songs ever skip?

The drive gets power thru teh USB cord that gets signal to/from the Cd player. So I have one cord, when deck turns on, hard drive turns on. And no, I've never had a skip. Its just like listening to a ipod or music on your computer...only way it skips is if the file is bad and part of the mp3...you know when you upload off a scratched CD, the song will have that noise in it...
So I love my harddrive...I want one for Chromie now, but my DVD player does'nt support USB...only Ipod.

Not a bad setup. I've thought of putting an entire computer in a car before, but I'm afraid what the extreme elements would do to them. Like 30 below cold weather and super high in car temps during the summer. My ipod I can just pull out when the weather gets ugly.
