and the zetec was called a zetec in Europe up until like 2002 when they started calling it a Duratec, or atleast for the Duratec ST (SVT motor) and the Duratec RS. I don't know about the rest of the gas motors of that time.

Duratorque is where it is at though.

you know what would be cooler than that, figure out how to get a flexible weave that could be rusted and some nice clear resin....

LOL, a rust CF weave would be awesome...but I still think most people would call my car a FailBoat...LMAO...

you can buy steel swaths, i have welded seams in them before. they take wire and bundle it then weave a swath and weld seams and hinges in them to make a sorta like flexy blanket of sorts, but you can get the woven steel. its heavy so it wount suspind in resin but hay, if theres a will theres a way.

Just wrap the steel weave over the hood...should be strong enough.
