Ok... I met Rob for the first time at Wal Mart to cruise to his house to do a headlight swap in like -16 degree weather. I'm waiting in the parking lot.. hear a modded car coming up.. see a focus heading towards me... and it does a screeching 180 to stop a couple feet away from me. And he goes.. "whats up Kev, I'm Rob."

what does flat spotting do for you? ive always driven trucks and this is my first car and i have no idea what this is?

You have an EAP. They come factory with flat spots.

What Pappy meant to say is "flat spots are just that, flat spots on the tread surface of your tire usually caused by locking the brakes so the tire is dragged along the road".
It means that your tires are no longer round, take an apple and cut one side flat and try rolling it. You'll understand
