Actually decent. He has a base tune right now (not yet for his cams) but with the tune his idle was raided to 950rpms. So his car still lopes a bit, but it idles pretty smoothly. Doesn't die and start bucking and crap like mine used to.

No my head was in perfect condition when I pulled my parts out.

It was teh nitrous and no tuning :(

A guy has a set of Stg1Cranes up for sale on FJ I've thought about. Or someone has cams from the RS engine for sale. But there is'nt any info on them, so I'm gonna stay away.
