I wouldn't pay 1/2 of what they are asking for that SPI.

I can get an SPI escort for 400$ from work, and, doing it jeffscortlx's way, I bet I could swing a sleeper for 1500$ total invested But, I gotta get the focus kinks worked out and this 4 wheeler running and the old lady got laid off today so meh.

Dude, I saw that Waldoch focus sitting in Cannon Falls when me and 02 were going to that Hooters meet last year. They didn't see it, but now I know for sure that I saw a flamed out focus.

I've seen that flaming focus before too, and no ZX3 is an SPI they all came with the Zetec, and auto though

here comes that talk again about how that is the only spi zx3 ever ... come on, somebody add credibility to my words. I've seen this talk happen a million times about that fucking car.

i could put to gether a better car with elmers glue!!!!!! i have worked on that turd, the wiring is the worst i have seen , it makes pepsi's wire routing look profesh. that car is no where even in the vacinity of quick and the paint is done good , i mean real good , but the lay out of the paint scheam makes it look like a huge sticker... its too bad that wal-dork rushes there shit. i remember one day i had to pick up a part for a conversion van that they decided that they could wood screw a major wire harness , but any way they were hackin away at some groun efx kit wit hole saws and duct tape.

How can it be an SPI? Z in ZX3 is for the Zetec engine, the only SPI's i've EVER seen or heard of is Sedans and Wagons. Focinite did say something about canadian hatch's with SPi's but I think he was mistaken with the Wagon becuase out of any of the focus forums there is NO Hatches ZX3 or ZX5's that have an SPI in it.

Focus also offers outstanding performance. A 2.0-liter SOHC I-4 engine is standard on LX and SE, producing 110 horsepower and 125 lb.-ft. of torque. The 2.0-liter DOHC Zetec I-4 engine delivers 130 horsepower and 135 lb.-ft. of torque, and is standard on ZX3, ZX5, ZTS and Wagon, and optional on SE Sedan.

Someone had said it was an spi, focinite said the wiring was a nightmare, I'd personally like to see an under-hood shot.

actually the z stands for the suspention as z tuned ...zts= z turing sedan... zx3 z by 3 doors.. zx5 z by 5doors.... ztw z turing wagon the reasone its standered on the z cars is that the z suspntion should have the peppy motor...makes sence dont it
