FS: Car audio equipment $5,000 MSRP (trade for HDTV or Cash)

what I've got
* Alpine Type X 6.5" components w/ 2 year warranty
* Alpine CDA-7894 CD-Deck (23x4 RMS)
* 1-month old TC Sounds TC1000's (12" 4ohm DVC qty:2)
* Xtant 1001DX monoblock (1000x1@1@12v 120amp fusing onboard)
* Xtant 301A Monoblock (300x1@2, 300x1@4, 50amp fusing QTY:2)
* Rockford Fosgate 700s (350x2@2 60amp fusing)
* 17' 4awg + 5' 4awg
* 100amp audiobahn circuit breaker
* misc distro blocks (4awg to 4 8awg) and fuse holders and
MSRP on everything would float around the $5,000 area, that's not what I am looking to get though. I'll take $1,000 cash for everything, or $550 cash for just the Xtant amps
It's time to let it all go in favor of an HDTV to compliment my PS3. (w00t)
HDTV MUST BE
-40" minimum
-16x9 aspect ratio
-HDMI inputs
-720p, 1080i, or 1080p
-post-2005 model
