I just purchased a focus sport turbo. I tried to have a dealer install it (BIG MISTAKE) They told me to order it, and said they would install it. They have now changed their minds. I am looking for help on installing this, in the Minneapolis area. I am in Coon Rapids.

What car? Zetec or Duratec? Where in Coon Town? got all the tools you need?

WOW! Thanks for the quick replies. I am on the northeast corner of Hanson Blvd and Main St (242). From what I am told, I have all the tools needed. I am thinking the weekend of April 28? (I am busy with my daughters gymnastics comp this weekend)

I will feed all who come! :D

I forgot to address the engine question. It is a Duratec, 2.0. I have the Saleen N20, 2005.

well i'll be out of town that weekend, or else I'd be willing to help, I live in ramsey off of bunker, grew up off of Foley and Egret.

and how about the tune, did the kid come with everything you need for the ecu? I guess I am just unfamilar with that part of the setup.

If you wanted to go with an installer there are a few places, DB performance in Rogers, Hitech in Elk river, or Boost Factory in bloomington are some places that might be able to install it if you don't want to tackle it yourself.

but if you can get Davis (pitch black), Nils (pappy), or O2designs (forgot your real name), I am sure you'd have a more than able body of guys that can get it installed and running for you.

Also plan on running a spare car while you do this, DO NOT rush it, do it right the first time, if it takes more than a weekend so be it, you'll be glad you took your time if you do, don't want to be blowing up your engine.

I think I'd be free.

If I remember right, this is a complete kit with tuning.

Which stage? Include the intercooler?

I'd be willing to help but I'm djing out of town that weekend. Do you have an intercooler? If so do you have a method to mount it. Lots of intercolers are riveted on.
