do the rims have rubber on them?

Yeah but they need to be replaced you might be able to use a couple of them for a little bit but I would get new ones to be safe also I am open to offers as I no longer have a use for these things

lowered the price of the rims to 225obo the post just isnt showing it for some reason but I am open to offers so let me know
