Do they make a kit to upgrade the bushing on the chaissis?
I need new suspension SOON and while I'm at it might aswell swap the bushings on the arms, sway bars, etc...

yes, energy suspension does. It has sway bar bushings, front control arm bushings, rear trailing arm bushings, and rear sway bar endlinks
just to warn you it'll probably be easier to drop the subframe in the rear to get at those trailing arm bushings, because i doubt the lower control arm bolts will come out.

its not too bad of a job, I just did it a couple weeks ago. You'll need a torch, some clamps or a press (i used some pipe clamps) and getting the old bushings out is so nasty and dirty. I had rubber all over me for like a week

Why did you melt them, I would rather cut/drill them. Did you go with the polyurathan or stock stuff?

tell ya what, go nuts... you'll get the torch after less than 5 minutes, guaranteed
I don't think there are any other bushings but the polyurethane, which is actually why you'll need the torch. Most (all?) of those bushings are PERMANENTLY bonded to their respective pieces, and don't come apart. You have to make them on fire in order to break that bond. That, and a lot of force. You do get to do some cutting on the rear front control arm bushing, because there is a metal sleeve in there. Thats the second hardest one to get out, the front is definitely worse. I had to make that front bushing be on fire for like half an hour before it came out. I guess I used the wrong words when I said it wasn't that bad of a job. Its dirty, messy, hard, and takes a hell of a lot longer than you think it should.
oh yeah, and when you're going at that metal sleeve with a pneumatic cutoff wheel, the rubber flying off WILL burn you when it sticks to your skin
