Well, we had a bunch of scrap MDF at work so I decided to make a box for my 15" Eclipse subwoofer to go in the hatch of my fofo.

Baffle is 1" MDF, sides and bottom at 19mm (3/4") with HEAVY bracing internally (this thing is SOLID). Box is 3.6 cubic feet before bracing, abour 3.2 cubic feet after driver displacement and bracing. external dimensions are about 24"x36"x10"

Running off of my Fosgate 700s that nobody wanted to buy a while back. this thing is easily as loud as the dual 12" TC1000's w/ 1000Xtant watts I was running before (there's a thread somewhere) I am actually really pleased with it. The whole thing was thrown together from shit I had laying around.

total cost of project, $0.00

For the holiday, the box will be covered in heavy Christmas wrapping paper with a bow around the perimeter of the sub, after that, either paint or vinyl.

Doesn't seem that big considering its a 15" Its got a lot of surface area though.
