I picked up my new whip today. Washed it, waxed it, de-badged, and de-stripped. Found the recipt for the tint; found out its 20%. Also, while detailing, I was looking at the exhaust tip and thought it was awfully large. Upon close inspection I found that it was a Magnaflow tip! SO I laid down and vuala, a magnaflow muffler! Didn't know that was their, but sounds awesome! Anyways, here's the pics:

are they for sale? i was looking at ultraleggra's, but they are pretty close.
The turns will most likely go black, Im planning on painting the grill to ST style, and black housing headlights should come eventually. as for a drop, i can't really afford it. Im using money from the zx2's extra parts that i sold off to buy the wheels, and after that i'll still have to pay rent and yadayada...maybe sometime in the future, but right now it will stay stock height.

Drop the car first, then later purchase wheels.

If you put rims on that with the stock ride hight, you will look like a fool.

Car looks nice though.

can't drop it. Im getting some help from my parents paying for the insurance, and if I do drop it, they will stop helping. then it couldn;t afford the car. They did say it was ok to get wheels though...

Do the FRPP suspension, It's a 1.5 in drop so it's not in the weeds and I'd almost bet that they wouldn't know the difference unless your dads really into cars.

Pic up some stock 16's like the ST's or the new 08 SES wheels. Go with a little taller tire to help fill the gap a touch. Nice ride. 8)

I think the size of those superlegera's wouldn't make the wheel gap be quite as bad.

Another thing is you could try convincing them that you should be allowed to put SVT springs on for a slight drop and better handling. I say this since you have the it being a stock part argument.
