I was at u-pull and found THREE FSVT's (totaled of course) all for $700. I was thinking I'd buy one and strip it basically down to a shell, use what I can in my foci, i.e. the 4 wheel disc conversion tranny and engine swap, and suspension and interior. is it worth it?

Considering the SVT brake package retails for over a grand (not including Steves discount), plus all the exterior and interior and other mechanicals, hell yeah if you have the money and the place to store them and the time to tear them down you could make out like a bandit. I would certainly be interested in SVT seating front and back for my X3.

Thats what I'm mainly looking at it for, is the brake conversion kit. Gotta get new shoes for the drums so I figured, why not just get a whole new braking system? ha!
