I have a 2007 Znen 150cc scooter that my dad gave me for a graduation present, top speed is roughly 65 mph. Its red and silver, I'll get pics soon, Dad bought it last year for just under $2,000. I'll sell it for $1,500, it has 390 miles on it, basically brand new. Gets about 85-90 miles per gallon. $1,500 or trade for a Kawasaki Ninja 250, 500, or a Suzuki GS500F Willing to do this trade plus a little cash.
