Anyone have a suggestion? I got a recommendation for the Yokohama avid TRZ however they don't come in a 205/50 R16 size..

I've been driving on RT-615s for the last year but I took those off last night and I'm saving them for autox. I'm looking for something that's a decent performance tire and that will last a reasonable amount of time.

I love my BFG KDW2's.

And I've had Kuhmo MX's. Those are rather decent.

Anything will last longer then the Azeni's. But what are you expecting out of the tires? Do they need to be super sticky? Quiet?

I just put Azeni's on my wagon for daily driving. Seem to be pretty decent. And the pricing ain't bad for what they are(awesome). LOL

I think I've heard the MX's weren't great in rain? Did you have any probs with that?

Semi sticky yeah- I LOVED the RT-615s but I know I won't get anything with that kind of performance which will also last a reasonable amount of time. So I need to compromise on the sticky-ness in favor of economy. As far as noise, eh, not my #1 concern- though quieter is always better!

I ended up getting General Exclaim UHP's for my Contour. Though I did consider the Nitto Neo-gen. Both of these were recommended to me by Nick at Norm's Tire (Where I get all my tires).

I have the Nitto Neo-Gen tires on my focus...They seem great in wet and dry conditions.
