Steeda Short throw shifter

This is for an 00-02.5 focus. I had it in my SVT for almost a year (less than 5k miles of use). I'd post it on focaljet but I don't think I have enough posts. Looking for $100 shipped or $90 picked up 
It includes the plastic bushing around the center of the shifter and the rubber boot, but I do not have the centering spring at this time (it's still in the car).
