I got layed off today. No more Ford

I'd like a non car related job if anyone knows of a place hiring. No food either.

Where were you at?

Oh man. That sucks. But yeah, maybe the change is a good thing. I wish I could help you out, but living in Le Sueur makes it hard to stay up with what's going on in the metro. I'll keep an eye out.

not good at all. no one is hiring~!! not in the metro any ways.not good, sorry to hear that. my old man works at shwing there in white bear and they put a freeze on hires. they also put freezes on raise and cut back to 4 days a week, they shut down a part of the factory and stopped there 401k matching. shwing is a german owned and run company, this is a bad, bad sign. the germans dont mess around with there employs soo this a sign of bad things to come. they are the only concrete pump factory in the U.S and if construction is suffering, everyone is suffering.

Autonation has a hiring/wage freeze in place as well, although the whole "wage freeze" thing doesn't seem to apply to "smaller" comission checks

you can deliver newspapers. it does pay good if you put the time into it. i got 2 routes and i make more then double my wife, and still more then here after the expenses.
or you can try Mclane in northfeild behind M-O-M, or MOM itself (they never hiring)
there is Cannon Equip down here, or the trash joint
hook up with Express Personel by the Buckboard in lakeville, they can get you in places that don't take off the street
OR, Cloverleaf next to ryt way on cedar 70, they always hiring. it's cold storage
OR, deliver pizzas to get ya thru

Yeah, because if you do that right you can get free government funded food, housing and healthcare.

Of course you are limited to decorating an 8x8 room for yourself and you won't need a garage.

It sucks getting laid off I got laid off again just monday. Hopeing they get some more work in. But otherwise I'm enjoying the time off "for now".

AND AND, a cold stainless toilet to share in the open and a muffin brick everyday. i haven't eaten a muffin since i got out. my friend (that only went weekends) didn't want cheerios after he got done. that shit is kinda traumatizing...
BTW, it an empty 8x8 with a bunk, desk, and that said toilet (with sink on top). so it does look spacious
