spotted in dinkytown

Was down in dinkytown tuesday night (4/14) and saw a red SVT, black wheels w/chrome lip (i believe) and a spoiler.

didnt get a chance to see the hood, I was behind the car at a stoplight. But it had a SVT badge.

did it have a mexican sticker and a roush style rally whing? did the exhaust tip stick out abnoramly far? where the rims motigies?
