So some friends and I installed the nitrous for the most part and while we were welding a bracket for the full-throttle switch to the tb we melted part of the throttle cable. Not to mention we forgot to tighten the switch so it fell off to when I was driving. So not only do I not have the throtle switch the throttle cable pops out of the tb and the car shoots to about 5k rpm until I shut the car down and push it back in. Does anybody else always do stupid shit lioke this when installing parts on there cars or is it just me?

You welded the bracket? I just drilled a hole in the throttle cable bracket, put a bolt through it, bent the supplied bracket, and bolted it on. It worked great.

Now not that I'm one to pass judgement.. but you brought a welder in right next to your fuel system?
