Endlinks and Rusty bolts.

Alright, I stopped by Tousley Today and picked up the endlinks for my car. The passenger side came off and back on no sweat. The drivers side on the other hand. Well the bottom bolt will not budge. I've soaked that thing with sooooo much liquid wrench it's not funny. The darn thing is in such a tight spot you can't really get a good grip on the wrench Plus the swaybar is just a big spring that sucks up all the torgue you put into the rusty bolt. I blocked the swaybar so it can't move and it still wont budge. Any suggestions???? I've tried all the normal stuff.

Anyone have a cutting torch? :D

if you pry on the link itself you can pop the joint out of its socket. once it is out, you can get a vise grip on the ball of the joint and use that to hold it steady.

Yeah I have the link itself off... All that's there is the stud and the nut but that thing is not moving. I was hoping someone had the same problem and could point me in the right direction on getting this rusty thing off of here. If all else fails I'm gonna take a cutting wheel to it tomorrow and grind or drill it out.... I was just hoping to avoid that.

Thanks in advance.

if you cut it off, you will not have to drill it out. it will just pound out with a hammer

Thanks... I hope to meet more of you guys from Tousley sooner or later. I don't think anyone working the parts department today was a member Someone did have a nice Orange SVT there though.
