FS: 2 15" RockfordFosgate subs w/ Punch 500S Amp

I took these out of my audi because i am not a big audio guy and i could use the cash. the previous owner had installed it. he worked at ultimate electronics. everything is good.
2 15" Rockford Fosgate Punch HE subs in a carpeted box
1 Punch 500S dual channel amp
i looked up the parts and they retail togather at over $700 so i am asking only $500
