My ZX3's brakes are stock and they have the brake drums on the back. Can i replace those with rotors or do i need an entire kit to convert them?

You need a "kit". You can either get the kit from Steve or try to find a Focus with ABS in the JY, the ones with ABS came with rear disc's. Actually it was ABS and traction control and it was a package that I can't remember what it was called.

Cold Weather Package on the SVTs, I don't know if it was the same on the regular Foci.

Advance trak, that's what it's called. All those had rear disc. IIRC you had to get ABS to have advance trak, hence my earlier comment.

We ordered my moms focus and when we added the advance trak onto the vehicle it automatically added abs. So it iirc it was a package deal but I could be wrong.

when doing the swap you can get around the abs issue by not installing it, the pcm wount see it , it only works on non abs cars, dont go unplugging yer abs on a svt, it will default into a rear bias braking. plus it will pull a shit load of timing out yer tune.
