Hey all. The other day I went in to get my alignment taken care of after putting on my rims. I come to find out that my left front strut is bent. The guy asked if I had been in an accident and not since I had owned the car has it been in one. Anyway he also told me to fix the camber I need an adjustable front camber mount. I was wondering where I can find the best most affordable front camber mounts. I have already found the best deal I could on a new koni front strut and am just looking to find a good deal on the mount. Also I was told to get an inch or two shorter shocks for the rear, because the lowered springs cause the stock length blow too quickly. If I could get some suggestions that would be great. Thanks

Hit any large pot holes? that might do it. I did that in my old ZX3, but thats cause I jump a set of railroad tracks doing 90... ya was fun... untl I got the bill for the repairs... hehe

Sounds like the tech that did it knows his shit. Hes absolutely right.

In order to get the front alignment correct after a certain drop(usually 1.5 inch or more), its gonna require camber plates in order to get teh alignment back in spec to what it needs.
And it would depend on the rear struts.

I don't know about the cheapest plates, but FocusSport sells the plates, thats where I got mine acouple years back.

They carry two different sets. The FS adjustable camber plates require a coilover style spring. The SPC camber plates work with any stock style strut. Thats what I ran with my Eibach Pro kit.

I thought about that pothole idea also and when I asked the tech if that could cause it, he told me its not likely because something like this would only happen from a side impact. Either way, thanks for all the helpful information guys. Its going to be a spendy repair no matter what I try. Any ideas how I would find shocks for the rear that would be 1-2 inches shorter in length? I have been looking and I can't really figure that one out.
