FS: Cold Air Intake for a SVT-Focus

I'm selling the Cold air intake that the previous owner installed in my 2002 SVT Focus. The air filter is labeled Spectre, so I assume that's who made the kit. I'm selling it for $50 and I'm located in Dayton Mn, a northwest suburb of the cities

just a couple questions.
do you have all the mounting hardware for it, or just whats in the picture?
also does it have a lower plate to block out water?

Everything in the picture is what was on my car. It seemed plenty sturdy with no additional brackets. There was no water splash guard.
