Anybody got an alternator they want to rid of? My kid needs one on his 2001 Zetec powered Focus. Willing to pay cash money.

I've got one, but a mounting ear on the case is broken. You'd need to swap the innards into the one you pull off the car. It was a rebuild that had only been on my car for a few months. $50?

I've never swapped cases before. How hard is that?

Good question. Looks to me like it's just a few bolts to pull off the back half and the big nut on the pulley. I'm assuming the bearings aren't pressed in.
