paint all black
paint just the painted areas black and leave the brushed parts
or paint all but the ring

probably a good idea.

Leave them as is...or maybe paint them bronze. But I think they look good now..in my opinion at least!

i prolly wont have the center cap on at all. id think they would look funny just like this on my car. ill set them up next to the car and snap a pic (warning, car is dirty).
