my st is gone however i am a proud new owner of an 07 zx3. i love it, needs some performance on it, gonna start with a cold air intake, any ideas where i can get one (2.0 duratec) without spending $300

I saw gains of 6hp and 7ft lbs to tq with it and an f2 header. With a tune, it would be a huge increase I think.

Go with those steps. Steeda intake, f2 header, tune.

It's about 1k total there. Suspension is KEY. Drop it on good springs, Eibachs or something, and mate it with a good shock and strut. It's an 07, so if it's not an SES it doesn't have a sway bar. Get the retro kit from Steeda and get one on there asap. Stock, anything. The car just isn't the same with out of it.

Put a sway bar in it with the Steeda retro kit. Best thing evarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
