what is my next step

Running stock engine with JRSC with diablo and 4-2-1 FC header, 42lb injector. what is my appropriate next step as far as engine upgrade? stage 2 cams/ cam gears/ cam shaft / ignition?
last but not least..my car is A/T
does it worth it to switch my gears to manual?
i'm shooting in the dark right now, please advice as necessary.

if you can afford it maybe an upgraded atx. Mcnews also has a special $500 for cams and gears you could get the supercharger specific cam or I have some crower 2's for sale don't know if they're any good for a supercharger though.

What year is your car? If it's an 03 or later, pick up the FR modified valve body for the atx. If it's an 02, I'd be looking into a fully upgraded unit.
Looking for more power, the FRBB kit for the JRSC is a good place to start, although you could just pick up a pulley and belt, and get a new tune.
Do you have adjustable timing gears? Have you had your cams tuned on a dyno?

its a 2000 focus. FRBB = fuel rail?
I haven't dyno tuned it yet. i figured i want to add some more to it first before dyno tune it. haven't got any adjustable timing gears yet.
I used to have lightweight udp but when i boosted my car, the installer said they will have to use the stock pulley so there we go.
can they dyno tuned the stock cam?
do i need to start worry bout my stock tranny if i add some more power?
any affordable recommendation that i can probably add to my engine since i use this car for daily driving too

frbb is the ford racing big boost kit it comes with ecu reflash upgraded supercharger pulley and the svt intake with maf. I wouldn't get this since you already have a chip and injectors.

The first link is to c-f-m it's tere overdrive pulley good for 2-3 spi more and the ssecond is mcnews cam and adj cam gear special the last cams on the list are just for supercharged cars

automatic!!!

all right finally some with some smarts ha ha ha go with a torque converter i think youll find a link some were on this sit for lyntech... stay with the auto it has less rpm drop and the gearing is good for high way blasts
