Rear lower control arm replacement

Steve you can pop in with pricing on what I'd need as far as OEM pricing goes.

I went in to get an alignment and they say that my rear lower control arms are shot.

The quote was $540 with labor, added in a 4 wheel alignment @ 94.95 for a total of $635

Seemed a bit pricy to me, but I wanted to see how much hassle replacing those rusty sons of bitches will be.

What is the recommended replacement? The lower arms and the front lower arms?

Mind you my focus is turning quickly into a rusty bucket.

I think I paid 89 each for the rear LCA's, or close to that. It does seem high but they are a pain in the ass to remove but a shop should have all the tools needed so shouldn't be too bad for them. Was that just the rear LCA's or also including rear springs/shocks?

springs and shocks aren't old enough to replace, so just the LCAs.

Steve, is this the same price I'd get them for from the parts dept at Apple ford in shakopee?

If not, what is the shipping cost? Might have to make a lunch of it to drive up if it's too spendy.

This is for the following:

Arms $89.33 each
Camber bolts $9.80 each x2
Outer bolts $4.95 each x2
