So I bought cleanzx3 tuurbo kit from some guy off ff but it didn't come with a tapped oil pan. Could somebody here give me a hand with this I don't know where to tap or what I'm even supposed to put in there. I'll pay someone to do it for me a case of beer

I'd go to a junkyard and see how much a zetec oil pan will cost ya. If it's a good price, get it and just take it to a welding shop and ask them to put a bung into it. (the right sized one) Unless you could weld one in, that is what I would think is the best option. Does that qualify for one beer?? Help a broke college kid out. J/K

Don't tap the oil pan!!!

The aluminum skirt above the oil pan is a better place to dump the oil into. Believe me i have bad turbo seals because i tapped the pan and not the engine skirt. look for the vortech install directions, it should show you the best place.

I'd do it the vortech way.

I'd' also recomend doing it the vortech way, as the higher the return line is into the engine the less chances you will have of oil backing up into the turbo and blowing the turbo seals.

Rod has his oil return line tapped into the oil pan really low which caused the oil to back up in the turbo and blow the turbo seals.

Exactly Some say to remove the pan while you drill/tap the block so the shavings won't get into the oil, I would remove the pan.

If you do remove the pan make sure you replace the seal and do not over tighten your oil pan or it will leak.

When I did mine we just used RTV to reseal. And if you drill that without removing the oilpan, you're asking for shavings in your oil. Do it right the first time.
