engine stalls occasionally

so every once and a while, when i'm accelerating hard, and i push the clutch in to let the engine revv back down, it will randomly die, it happens pretty rarely, but its been buggin the crap outta me.
could one of my mods have caused this??
mods are,
ebay CAI
fc tb
DS chip
magnaflow cat-back
some offbrand high flow cat, sitting about halfway back in the system
fs replica 4-2-1 race header, off ebay
fs UDP

i really didn't have it happen till the header/ cat install, any ideas? or do i just have gremlins?!

I think your car just has the grinds.

My car did this bone stock like 2 times, but never agian.

thanks clean, and btw, you know of anywhere i can find a cheap o2 cheater for the damn rear sensor so my ce light turns off??
