Remember when you PM'd me about that svt mani and wanted to do something becuase you had a hair up your ass....

There is a guy on TCS selling a SHO motor/trans, he does have the whole car, and there is an empty garage where the car is....

220hp/200tq, and its def something wild...should fit 8)

You don't want focinite to keep going on and on about his svt swap, sho him what the super high output motor of a sho can do, and sho his ass up fo sho yo.

If need be, I could come and help pull the shit, the car is in big lake right off of 10. Get that mnfocus van to drop the shit off at your house.

And if you do it, don't take the motor thats in the car, they ran more then 175hp zex shot thru it  There is one in the garage.

You are the kind of guy that would say a 302 wouldn't fit in a focus, if you hadn't seen it done.

wrong!. there is only a few ways to put a sho motor in a foci. and its to big. youll have ta get that ugly q wide body kit. and then you have to figure out how to morf obd-I and obd-II systems together, and what about trannies, or axles. a v-8 is cake some one has already done the hard stuff. plus back when the foci came out i was looking at them and thinking how simalar to the fox chassis they were. the same goes wiff the 3.0 dohc, to big. now thw 2.5 s have very simalar mount styles and locations to the z-banger. if a person where to have a frame jig and a good fab shop at hand, well you could do anything. but most us have is a garage wiff a hack saw and a dirty floor. it can be done , but its all about how much work you wanna do. i was surprised at how many things i had to change just to swap in..... a 2.0 four cyl and a six gear. ... matter of fact google shocus once and see what comes up.

Dude, drunken post for the win STFU.

It can be done.

Gimme your zx3, I will buy the shit and do it.

What part of the dude has like 2 trans and 2 motors and the full car do you not understand? Dude, the cradle and the ecu and all that shizzle is right there dawg. Get what you can get, I am sure the dude would be all like o rly and give the shit to someone for a steal just to see if it solidifies(that means turns solid).

If I had a zx3, I'd do it, and live up to IMINHELL's user name on focal jet, focifosho or some shizzle.

But, I will say this, John did tell me that the K frame in the focus looks like that of one from a fox stang(he does have one on his rear lawn to compare it to).

I am waiting for john to pipe in, he did have a sho, has a focus, and he does know his shit(as do you, for the most part :? )

Oh, and 1/2 shafts could be custom made, the teans is an mtx, not sure if mtx-75, but, either way, a mazda trans(junk).

I say do it, fuck it, it would be awesome. As soon as I get a ranger or a stang laying around, and some money laying around, I'll show you what a 6cyl can do, but, right now, I am PWT and have nothing extra.

Welcome to last week?

As for the manifold, I am guessing hood clearance becomes and issue? Who needs a hood? Tthats more or less an afterthought....

Yes, the contours have been doing the 3l swap, there are a few on tcstangs with svt contours that are rocking the 3l duras, a few are working or where working on session-tuning at hi-tech. IMO, awesome.

I'll prob be putting on a PI intake on a non-pi 4.6 soon, its been done, I know its nothing special, but, the general concensous is non-pi and pi need to stay that way, not to be mixed, lol...

Why not just go ahead and find an LS1 engine and stuff it into a focus, or better yet just buy a stang and have a fast car from the get go :?

I am not going to bother to click those links, but, stangs are far from fast, imo, when you can buy a used bike that will break 11's with a good driver for less then 5k and less then 1 liter displacement.

So obvious the fast is not for you?

Although, seeing a decapitation would be stomach churning.

How do you get "rid" of an endorsement and, if you are doing it safely, why would you allow what others are doing, to effect you?

quite honestly, I got rid of it out of respect for family and friends. It was totally the truck fault for pulling in front of the cyclist, he had no choice but to lay it down and go under the truck, and yes fast is great, on the track.
I have been known to make it over 130 many a time, ever see my pic next to the Ferarri
I even had a mercury tracer wagon going well over 130, and yes I will get my new focus to that soon 8)

My car does 130 in stock trim, I have plenty of friend's that have cars that do that as they sit, one friend has a bike, that is suppose to do 160+ stock out of the box. I don't think its more of a respect to friends, I think its more or less one does not know how to do it safely to ensure they will be here tomorrow, I mean, look at dale earnheart, he was here and racing for what over 25 years and still creamed himself into a wall, iirc. Broke his neck and died. Everyone knows speed kills, its just that some know when its getting hot and they getting out of the kitchen.

Fast is when the dotted lines are 1 line.
