Did anyone else polish their rocket this weekend?

Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

Wow with temps in the mid 70's on Saturday it felt great to be outside. And as always I couldn't wait to polish my rocket. My wife says I'm obsessed with it but she just doesn't understand these things. Saturday afternoon I pulled it out in the driveway and asked her if she wanted to help, but she gave me the old "God gave you two hands" speech and walked away. Too bad, it's her loss. Obviously she doesn't know that it works better using one hand at a time, as you can keep a steady rhythm and pressure that way. And did I ever need both as it was a lot of work being it was so long since the last time. My hands and wrists were aching by the time I finished. When I got done I couldn't help but stand there admiring how red and shiny it was. It was a thing of beauty. I looked around for a neighbor to show it too but none happened to be outside at the time. Eventually the excitement petered out so I went back in the house to take a nap on the couch. Life is good. :D

I hope to do a good waxing soon, once I get the paint work done and let it cure. Any pictures of it cleaned up?

I've been polishing my heat exchange barrel for my intercooler setup for like a week. Its sucks, but atleast its almost done.
Last night I sat out on my porch and barred and waxed the SVT spoiler for Rattles.

i usually polish my rocket indoors... if its turning red, you might want to slow down a bit and use more wax

I washed it.

Did a full engine detail (as I was rolling around for a few days hoodless)

And last night cleaned the piss out of my interior.

I didn't have time to clay/buff/wax my car yet. Maybe next weekend or something.
