torque #'s for cam gears and caps?

I'm doing a cam swap but don't know the proper amount to torque these if anybody knows please call me at 612-369-1632 or post here I'm Matt.

The bearing caps are tightened in two stages starting with the middle sets and working out. Stage one is 10Nm. Stage two is 19Nm.

I don't know what the torque spec is for the cam gears. I would guess 70ft.lbs. Leave the cam alignment tool in place when tighting the gears but do not rely on it to do all the holding. Use a vice grip as a backing wrench to help hold the cam when torquing the gears.
