Would anyone else besides Kyle hate me if I ended up with chrome shoes? Wheel shopping sucks... you guys know I'm more about style than weight when it comes to wheels. Well I had a good set picked out but their not available and the place is pissing me off. Found another set that I liked. But they look best in chrome. Then I found another set.. which is also chrome. I love chrome wheels.. look good if done right tho. I know people bash on them.. whatever... but I think they would look good on the rabbit.

PS: Nils don't ban me

i think chrome rims can look sweet on a car as long as they fit in size (no 20s) and style (no gangsta rims).

I don't HATE chrome. I love my dad's chrome Kragars. I like a certain set of chrome rims if they are tasteful. I'd love a set of chrome steelies to rock in the winter. Your car. Go do it.

Same thing if people give me shit about black rims. I tell them to go Fuck themselves. Its my car.

its yer car. i know you want others to envy it, but dude! you have to see it every day. vdubs are hard to mess up the rims , they have a look thats friendly to alot of styels. i myself like the mesh (chrome, gold, bronze, hyper chrome...ect) a 18 is perfect for your car in chrome or painted , do what you want and if people dont like it fuck em!!! get that car down bout an inch and a half put some fire in dem wells!!!! taint nuffin wrong wiff sittin on chrome...ask masta ace( google masta ace. album..INC ride)

If they look clean go for it. Even though I dont really dig chrome, it can be pulled off. I agree with Pappy, show us some pics. :D

Since it is a Vdub, I really don't car if they are chrome, but there better be some nasty stretch and dollar bill sized rim lip!!!

o6designs agree, he likes DollaBill offset.

tire stretching is not for me.. but a nice lip is the main thing I wanted. Look at the DUB edition dodge caliber...

They won't fit our Focus...he's looking for Volkswagon shoes.
I wish they would fit, or I would have #4 with black spokes....
