So I got this compression problem and the doc say's take these and call me in a couple of years when the foci is no longer the daily driver....
Eaton M-90, ITB manifold to be the basis of my intake, will fab the rest over the next couple of years until then I will be collecting my puzzle pieces. Not sure if I am going to stay with the 90 or not I might step down one to the m-62 they are a dime a dozen off of any gm product.

Seriously though, I am an old man with twenty one years in manufacturing, eighteen which were spent out on the floor as a machinist and cutting tool maker mixed with programming machinery at the machines, writing parametric programs for up to six axis grinders, and with programming software. Some of that time was split with engineering duties and now I am engineering full time in my present position. So in order to get Tab A to connect I will be utilizing skills I have learned over those years to Design, test, and build the necessary components to get everything together. 3D solid modeling in Solidworks, 3D machining programming with Virtual Gibbs, and using the companies Machining centers and turning equipment to make the parts and then there is the Tig welder if parts need to be spattered together so I consider myself very lucky to have this all available to me.

Ya if I can't shoe horn it in I may need to use a 62 off a GM but I am thinking if the AC goes away it'll tuck in between the block and the Radiator. Plan on routing the compressed air through an exchanger which will allow for a "straight" exit that I can run either forward to the front of the car and then back up to the mani or along the block and then front and back around to the mani. The inlet will be pointing in the right direction so piping to a near stock TB position hopefully won't be too difficult. I figure if I have "soft" connections between TB and SC and then SC to intercooler and finally from Intercooler to manifold I should be able to get it in there. Close proximity to the block will probably require some form of heat shielding, which there are some rather slick and thin insulation materials available these day's. I have a couple of years to make this happen which is in my favor. I think most of the components will be machined since bolting components together will give me the most flexability should I want or need to change something during the process. Although I can weld steel I haven't any experience in welding aluminum.
And as far as that pulley, a fully built engine and 15 psi or so...
