ECU flasher?

Does anyone locally have a Ecu flasher that i could use? Need the dura 2.0 manual. I'd be willing to pay 50 or so for a use. lmk

Yeah, for the programmers on Ford, once you tune or 'flash' a ecu, the flasher(no not Nick) is locked on that computer...
