ORDERING PARTS FROM ACROSS THE POND

Hi all,

I plan on making a couple of orders from companies based in europe that have non-foci oriented dealers in the US. Wondering if anyone would want to make a purchase at the same time. Due to the fact that the companies US reps are German and Italian car oriented anyone ordering needs to know that the orders would require pre-payment along with a no refund, no return policy in most/all cases. Additionally in order to cut down on shipping costs any orders given to the US distributors would not be placed with the manufacturer/wholesaler until the distributor was ready to restock. High quality products and difficult to find products are what I am looking to order. Anyone ordering will need to realize that the products they sell are for european based vehicle so you will need to know your stuff about which Euro parts will fit our NA Foci. (Kevin will cream his pants, there are a ton of VW parts...)

I have plans on ordering from the following companies and already have contacted them for quotes on price and delivery times.

Just got word back from the FK Automotive dealer and they plan on ordering in two weeks so if anyone is interested?????

I am purchasing a set of LED Taillights from them similar to the style that Cayse has on FJ. I got two bids and the distributor I am going with was $30 cheaper.

What were you quoted for the taillights? And what number were you ordering? I'd like to have a set of 013's, but I've got bigger fish to fry lately...

Hey Kyle,

The 13's (page 107) are what I am getting and they are 270.00 a pair shipped to my address. The price is close to the higher quality items on ebay which are running around 220-230 a set. Have you seen the smoked ones from Ultra? I am guessing you are looking for a different set for Chromie and the Ultra's are very similar to the FK's in design. I like the Ultra's as well but they only offer them in the clear/chrome style and the smoked which might look okay on a Red x3 but I don't want to take the chance on the smoked because I really like the red that Cayse has on his car on the Jet.
