If you go with the FRPP Springs and damper kit witch I strongly Suggest. I think if ford techs were to put them in I think your warrenty might be ok. Don't take my word on that though.

well, im almost thinking that just as long if something goes wrong, I could just bring it to my hometown delearship wherei bought the car from and where were good family friends with the owner, and he might do any work free anyways. What if I were to use ffrp springs i guess is more of the question im looking for. Im kinda eyeing up jordans sportlines to if he wants to sell them...

Brand name does not matter. As long as the dealer did'nt install the springs, they will consider it voiding the warranty no matter the brand. And like I said, its all up to the dealer if they will void if or not. My dealer down here said that my dad's SVT wheels were aftermarket, and would void the warranty on his tranny at one point I believe, even even tho they are factory Ford wheels.

No wonder he got rid of the focus...

The dealer down here in Rochester really does suck balls. I warned him. But they finally did the right thing, acouple weeks too late tho.

I would get the Damper kit to if you are getting the FRPP springs. Mine doesn't handle so well right now but it loves corners. Also I have put on about 2,000 to 4,000 miles and my rear tires are about shot since I put in the springs. I took it to a shop and they said they couldn't do an alinement untill I got the Struts. This was at Paramount Goodyear in Champlin. I will get it alined next time I bring it into the Ford service. I'll have to get new tires to

I have no clue if my springs voided my warranty, or any part of it. I'm sure they did......oh well, I guess that's my teenage mentality kicking in right there, do it now and worry about the problems later...But with that said, go for the drop, it looks great. Bring it down here if you don't got the tools up there, we can swap those fuckers out in a few hours.

Aftermarket parts do not normally void warranties and I think the dealer would have to prove that the aftermarket part caused the damage. Dealers may give you flak about having the aftermarket parts or may try to deny you service but I do believe they cannot. Best place to find out for sure is probably SEMA's website.

Next time I go back to where I bought the car i'm going to ask the owner if he would still do the work. If so, it should be dropped by fall.
