So after throwing on the throttle body today, I'm looking forward to a second job this summer, so the SVT can get a few fun presents.

Planned so far:
Custom intake (ram air, with a pipercross-style add-on utilizing stock airbox)
Exhaust (center exit if $$ allows, but probably just a standard Borla)
SCT tune from focussport
Either header wrap or ceramic coated header, and a high-flow cat(maybe)
Possibly a lightweight aluminum flywheel from focussport (so i can still use cheap stock clutches)

What do you guys think? Good/bad/ugly?

Turbo it.
build your own.

TD05 DIY Flange $35
TD05 Evo3 16G $550 (good for ~330whp)
Ebay diy FMIC kit $220
1st gen DSM BOV $25
MBC $25
bigger injectors $200
Boost and wideband gauges $250
Misc oil lines and fittings $100

BAM

$1,800 and a weekend in the garage nets you a quick focus

throw in a stage 3 clutch kit and LSD
and you've got yourself one bad ass focus

I would, but I can't afford to muck up my daily driver too badly.

Eh, it's stock SVT suspension....and it's cornering limit is far beyond mine. Besides, I really don't wanna drop a car that gets driven in MN in the winter. I do eventually wanna get another car for winter and throw a PWSC in the SVT...maybe make it a black RS widebody eventually, if money allows.

yeah, I'm just looking to let the motor breathe a little freer, run a little smoother and rev just a wee bit quicker...nothing too dramatic until I have another car so I can afford to leave the SVT in the garage to putz with.
