I am selling my JRSC as I ended up picking up a Roush turbo kit. The JRSC for the Zetec is brand new. The kit is missing 1 bracket and the blower manifold gasket. These items are available from JR on Superchargers.com. As is, the standard kit comes with the JR black box for tuning. If you run the kit as is, the black box will allow you to run the stock injectors and to skip the need for a base tune. A true dyno tune is recommended to get the most out of the kit.

My intention was to buy the big boost kit (BBK, $425) from Steve. It includes tuning from Ford, and is cheap when you consider you get the pulley for 2 lbs more boost ($100), new 30lb injectors ($150), SVT Maf (new, these are over $100), SVT air intake box, filter, and larger SVT snorkle ($175). If you add these up, you see the tuning by Ford Racing is free. Not a bad deal at all. If you were to go this route, you would be into a full, brand new JRSC BBK for about $2000. This is at minimum $650 off the best available price out there.

Note: the black FC TB shown in the pic is not available as it has been sold.

Is this adaptable for an SVT?

I believe it would work. You wouldn't make quite as much power as the standard SVT JRSc (they run a bigger blower, M62, vs. the M45 in this kit). You would have to go another route than the black box for tuning (SCT, Predator, etc.).

But yea, I believe this will work. With a BBK on top of this it would be a pretty sweet deal. There may just be minor things you would need to make this work correctly with your SVT (possibly different injectors, and things like that).

Ah...I thought they were the same blower...perhaps I'll just pinch pennies and save for a powerworks.

Hmm. Tempting. I've been thinking I want to SC. This kit, plus the 2 pieces special ordered, plus the BBK kit is all I would need to do this? Does JRSC provide any instructions- is this something I'd be able to pull off in a weekend+ in my garage?

Yea its totally do-able to do in a weekend. I would also be willing to give a weekend to help install this with who ever purchases it.

All you would need to run it, minus the gasket and the bracket (about $50 for both pieces), is pictured. That is to make the stock 5.5psi (about 165-170whp), if you wanted more power, then you could purchase the Big Boost Kit (about 180-185whp) through steve. Or you could go nuts and add more shit to make even more power (Crank pulley upgrades, meth, etc. etc.).

Instructions for the install are on the internet. Or if needed I have them as a pdf file on my computer.

I've got two interested parties, but would rather do this locally if possible.
