although I think iowa salvage titles become clean when they come to MN... isn't that how 06's first focus was?

Alan's right, thats how 06's red ZTS was. My sister bought a totaled car from the same guy in Iowa, and it cleaned the title as long as it is checked and pass inspection.

Yeah we have bought a couple Vehicles that where Salvage from out of state Fixed them and cleared them with MN Titles. Not a bad thing but depends on who worked on them. Could be great but could be a nightmare.
