Has anyone ever seen or heard of this? One of the biggest things I miss about my VW is the flip key. I was wondering if there is anything out there for the focus. Like a blank flip key remote dealie bobber.

No. They don't make anything like this for a Ford. But its fairly easy to do if you have a Mk2 or Mk3 Golf or Jetta. I'm gonna do it if I ever get my Jetta to daily driver status.

I think he's asking that If you got a blank, could it be cut to a focus?

I imagine with some very careful machining, it could be done.

Good luck making PATS and a keyless remote for that though.

Well, the Mk2 keys are very similar to the laser cut ones they used on the Mk4's, so its an easy swap. I not so sure when changing to different brand of key.
