so about a week back i was noticing it was getting hard to shift again, so i looked at the master ,no leaks, away we go.
two days ago i was driving home from a bad,bad day at work(after ten years of working on cars, i finally own a engine that aint mine)i went to down shift and SNAP!!! the clutch pedal slams to the floor im trying to clutch a nothing so i can get out of gear to stop and avoid creeping through the deadlist intersection(hwy 10 and greenhaven road)so i turn off the car, you ever heard a engine at 5k in the off position?, and yank it out of gear. i push the bat-mobile into the micky dees and peek under the dash. i wish i had pics but i dont. there is a stud that is perpindicular to the pedal that clips into the clutch master, it is welded in one spot, that weld broke....you know i have had more welds break on this car than a normal person should( this is where you insert yer joke about me not being normal steve). got er welded and we are doing fine. removing that pedal with out removing the seat sucks. 8)

We all know you aren't normal, maybe you should switch to like a '72 Impala or something. You need a car built out of cast iron.

Remember the night we were at Hi-tech? Both Casey and Chris thought you drove like a lunatic (you do).

Beat on it, break it, fix it, thats life when you're rough on a car. Heck, I blew up three TH400's and four GM 10 bolts in my old Skylark when it was still around.

Yes I would say that you are a little on the ruff side  Burning the tires through an intersection with a couple 5.0's sitting in a parking lot just up the road....... But I will never forget the time you were skipping across the parking lot Like a little School girl wearing capri shorts with an arm full of fire works..... <<<Not Kidding, CH435 and Krypo can vouch for this.... Some of use can only emajine you with fireworks....  You are one crazy cracker!!!

yeah but its the welds them selves that break, a weld is the strong part, the base metal is the weak point, and all the carnage i have caused over the crule life of this car, its the welds. and with 500flbs at 1500 rpm will smoke a th400 and a gimpy lill 10 bolt. also if they thought i was driving crazy then....plus that guy with the mazda 6 is boosted, and i have seen the hi-teck stang in action at the car craft show....i drive crazy? thats like calling the kettel(wait for it) kadle snick ka boob.ha thats for patrol 8) 8)
