Thanks foci:)

Header will go on shortly. Did not want to remove my stock cat/header until the shop fixes the trans problem.(1-2, 2-3, 3-2, and 2-1 are not as smooth as I want)

Mangaflow cat back with added resonator, very quiet, deeper tone then stock, adds to the sleeperish stocker I am after. Now, only if the motor was not so loud. Goin' to menards to pick up some 3/8" and 1/2" carpet padding to take care of this ;)

Haha that clip was the begining of a very cheap porno. You can buy FatMat for fairly cheap on ebay. I'm planning on buying a 100sq ft roll soon. Plus that way your car isn't all ghettofied.

Yes, the carpet padding is going under the carpet.

I already have some peel n seal also that is going under the carpet, along the floor, and trunk floor. Goind to put the carpet padding under the carpet along the firewall, and, around fenders, and under the back seat.

To best stop noise, you need something to catch and hold it, not to just slow it down. Items like dynamat or peel and seal only slow the sound waves down, you need something like foam or a pad to catch it.

Best bang for the buck sound dampner right there, a lot of gus use this. If you need to have dynamat, you could send it my way, and, for the price differance I will draw the logo on the foil for you ;)

Oh, and fatmat, you get 2 50 sq ft rolls ;)

It sounds good, but can you make a video from the outside? Also get higher revs, does it sound raspy at all? How much did the set up cost you? I know I ask to many questions... sorry

Haven't used it yet, the crowd that recommends it says it sticks very well. I bought a gallon of acetone to make sure the surfaces in the car are clean first.

Just got the header installed. I did not even bother to read up on it and just went at it. I must say, the space under the hood almost remminds me of my tbird wrenching days, except I do not have gouges in my hands or nearly as much rust in my eyes.

The exhaust note got slightly louder, but, it is still very quiet. I wanted to fire it up open header, but, at 130am, I don't think anyone would really care for that.

I will be prob doing an exhaust clip of it on monday, I am going to sleep in and then do my 3 12hr days :x

Also picked up more stuff for the stereo that is going to go in soon, and, drop springs.
