Oh, right, but using candid pics of a person in a sig is the grown up response? :? At least we're past all that nonsense. :D

Anyways, since Kyle didn't mention the reason for this thread it was because he IM'ed me a pic on my cell phone and I couldn't tell what it was.

This is what came through my phone,

I showed the wife and asked her what she though it was and she said, "I don't know, UFO".

ACtually, the first one I took apart I did break. But I've got a technique to getting them apart without breaking them now. I had 2 spares from when I was going to put pwr windows into Chromie, so I used one of those. All good to go.

And his Easy Bake was tuned without the WMI. The car did'nt have any problems with the temps or IATs. So he does'nt need it.

I'm pretty sure Pappys tune is safe as is, he beats the living piss out of that car non-stop and it hasn't blown up yet.

Not quite that easy. You need to unsolder the old ones and solder the new ones in. And when messing with the HVAC, its not so easy...that gets alittle more work involved...but the window switches were easy. Just unsolder and solder...
I already did the other car in blue...

And when I had Rattles, I had red in there...

Still working on this at the time, the HVAC were still green...

And I have the wagon all converted to white LEDs. This was the last two pieces to do. And I found the clips I need from the spare switches I had, so I'll be able to hook up the Door Lock LEDs as well later on,, when it warms up...

I've never owned a SVT, so I don't know how hard it would be to change...Typically most SVT owners like that drab green color...But I agree, Green is ugly in a car...VW FTW
